This post doesn't involve one of my stories, but it has me really upset in principle.
Today I was reading a new story in the Incest/Taboo category called Baby Sis, supposedly by sushilkumer. It was a good story, but at the end were two commentors, both of which complained that it was a copied story. One even told the name of the original author, Frogpulse, who posted the same story in 2001.
I left my comments about stealing others' work and called it plagiarism instead of copying. I also reported it to Literotica.
I can't believe someone would just copy a story, change a couple of names and post it as their own. I even mused that Frogpulse may have another screen name and is reposting his own story.
Anyhow, all three comments to Baby Sis were removed, perhaps too embarrassing to the "author" (actually thief). I put another comment back in alerting any readers that it is a ripoff of another author. I plan to keep my comments handy so that I will paste them back in each time I see them deleted.
I have had other sites take my stuff from Literotica, but at least they kept my by line. Since my stories are out there anyway it didn't upset me too much. I would have been VERY upset to find one of my stories under someone else's by line. Even if Shale is an assumed name, it is my assumed name and I like Shale to get cred for his writings and pics.

What happened to the comments about this story being copied (plagiarized) from one with the same title by Frogpulse?
I guess the "author" (actually thief) can delete all those embarrassing comments, but it is still a plagiarized story, which I have reported to the webmaster.
