Hmm Depends what sort of babies it was extracted from...

What?

You mean I have to change oil on the baby too! I thought changing it on the car was work enough.

Plus, we tried to have a baby a few years ago, bought the baby powder, added water, stirred and stirred, but no baby.

It Depends On What The Dildo Is Made Of.

I Would Imagine That They Are Made Nowadays For Use With Oil Based Lubes.

HOWEVER If You Are Using A Condom On The Dildo, It Will Degrade The Latex And Quite Possibly Make The Condom Bust.

Play Careful, Have Fun:D

well, baby oil is made from mineral oil- not the best thing to stick in either hole ;)

How about a massage oil made from almond/coconut/grapeseed ect......

they smell nice, are "oily" (duh) and can be absorbes through those delicate tissues without any harm.

Mineral Oil Will Not Hurt You In Any Way Other Than A Really Big Clean Up!:D

Some Of Those Scented Oils Will Cause Itch Or Rash Problems And Are Best Kept Far From Sensitive or Sometimes Even Not So Sensitive Genitals.

A Waterbased Lube Like, Astroglide, Is A Better Choice All Around!

taking care of your toys

Ok Dude,

if you have one of the regular Doc Johnson rubber dildos then NO, do not use Baby oil as lube, infact any kind of oil isn't a good idea for your toys. if you'd like a nice lube that is water based with the oil consistency then go for something called Probe in the black bottle with the purpleish print on it. Its got some nice glide on it and doesn't taste too bad either, its made with grapeseed extract and conditions the rubber on your toys.

Also I would suggest that you get toys that are sillicone based, those labeled "Jelly" or "Jellee" or however they're spelling it in the valley these days. they're usually transparent and come in candy like colors, or even the cyberskin is sillicone based but with more air mixed in the base. The sillicone advantage is that because its a synthetic substance, meaning its not animal or vegetable, it doesn't have allergens to cause any adverse effects to your or your playmate. Along with your sillicone toys, you can use a sillicone based lube good ones are, Wet Platinum and ID millenium. Sillicone lubes cost a bit more, but there's less stickiness involved and it genuinely feels like oil. Mind you its the same stuff as the stuff they spray on your engine parts at the mechanic.

Bad ideas for lube, and yes I've hade these questions before...

Butter
Crisco
Mayonnaise
Whipped Cream
Hand Lotion

The problem with oil based lubes its that they contain no kind of bacteriostat. So bacteria can run rampant in it. Especially the animal or vegetable oils.

Best thing you can do for your toys is after each use, give them a bath in a solution of one part Hydrogen peroxide and 2 parts water and pat dry with a clean towel. Store them in a cool dry place away from any extreme temprature changes and they'll be good to you.

**Many people have allergies to mineral oil, so I never use it in any of my lotions or oils.

**Very true, I forgot to mention that the oil chosen should not contain "fragrence" oils. If its oils that are wanted for that kind of play, then best to go with cooking grade coconut (personal favorite) it has a nice concistancy and absorbs fairly well for an oil.

A Waterbased Lube Like, Astroglide, Is A Better Choice All Around!

**I totaly agree here! best to use something that was MADE for what you want to use it for!

Actually if you want to hear a funny story...

Astroglide, BTW is very over rated and way too expensive for the quality it delivers wasn't made for any sexual purpose....It was developed for the space program, to move away from petroleum based products on the machinery when they started building the Space Shuttle in the late 70's....because of the whole oil crisis.

Thus the name Astro-glide.

just a bit of trivia.

I thought it was named after the Houston Astros.

Actually, I'll have to disagree on that too expensive thing, it's the best stuff I've used and when it comes to sex, there's not much I won't pay for.
