Copied and pasted directly from Yahoo, but I'm interested in hearing how you would answer their question about free speech as it applies to the "cyber caning by Non-Muslims" bill...
Arizona recently passed a bill making it illegal for non-Muslims to perform "virtual caning" on Internet Netizens because the act of caning, and hence "virtual caning" is the ownership of Muslims. But critics say the statute is so broad that even Internet threats like "I am going to whip your ass" could be interpreted as caning, and thus could be an arrest-able offense. Do you think the bill violates free speech of non-Muslims?
