How does someone get an AV? Do you have to be here a certain amount of time? Or have certain amount of posts? Someone please fill me in...Thanks

I recently got to the coveted 100 post platform myself (WOOHOO). and had spent more than a little time finding an avatar. There is a thread in the online role playing forum that has a ton of great avatars if you are into that kind of thing. BlazeofLife was kind enough to shrink mine down for me, since mine was too big(the first time I ever heard that LOL) . Anyway, that may give you a start to help pick out an avatar.
