how do i get a get pics from a avi file? i have real player 1 and windows media player? can anyone help. i have some vido files that i want to post pics out of.

There is a product called grab-it if im not mistaken that will do what ya want. Try searching through cnet.com downloads section.

If you cant find anything there try vcdhelp.com for more info.

You can also use Windows Movie Maker to grab pictures out of any windows movie file (avi,mpeg).

If you have an animation program, you can open it in that and grab what you want.

IMHO

I use a FREE program called IrfanView available from www.irfanview.com which can capture graphics from webcams that are in motion and video... getting a bit of a collection.

I have 7-Zip (VideoMach) which can be downloaded from Kazaa
