I escaped most spoilers despite the internet. Saw it yesterday.

It was better than the last one, though there were some weird moments. Why the fuck you gotta bring up prima nocta when I'm starting to not hate Tony Stark, Joss?

Mostly I just adore the actors, their charity work, their camaraderie, and even if some of them make dufus jokes occasionally about whores, I'm all right with these guys.

Fun was had.

Yeah, the bet was over the Super Bowl and the loser had to do costume duty at the charity hospital of choice. But Star Lord went over to Boston anyway. It was a good deal.

Joss Whedon deleted his Twitter account after a whole bunch of accusations regarding the writing of Natasha Romanova/Black Widow.

I don't understand the problem, not really.

This movie barely passes the Bechdel test. It passes it more than "Guardians of the Galaxy" did, where the women made less sense.

Natasha is a good character, a consistent character, I think what he wrote for her makes sense and the choices that came from the difference between her sense of ego and sense of mission made sense.

Could have done better, could have done worse, shouldn't have deleted his Twitter, because it was fun.
