I know this has been asked........I still cant figure out how to get one.......Can anyone help?Thanks............

go to your control panel. click Edit Options, Scroll to the bottom.

Select change avatar...then follow the instructions on the next page after it says 'thankyou for updating your profile'

Make sure it's 150X150 Pixels, if not someone can resize it for you here, or over on the how to forums...

If it's from a site on the internet, use the www .addy above the usual upload box.
