I was wondering why some posts display and avatar and some do not. I realize that some have not set up an avatar but I have and it is in my profile but doesn't show up if I leave a comment. It doesn't really matter very much but I am curious and wonder if there is a setting that I don't know about.

You have to have a certain number of posts before it will appear.
don't recall the number at the moment.
