Avatar still in moderation

LOL I think I’m into my 3rd week but made the mistake of saving it over and over a few times before finding this support board so I think I’m in for a rather long wait, and unfortunately I don’t think the last one I saved is really what I wanted but now I’m afraid to save a new one LOL. :) Ah well.

The same with me, I saved it one time, and my 3 weeks went out of the window, now I'm probably on my "new" 3 weeks again :D
 
Everybody has a new one and I'm stuck for weeks now with an old one :( :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:
 
They do come in waves, but not at exactly the same time. A friend got hers, but I didn't have mine. And then like 20 min later, I got mine.

well, if someone is personally going through the applications, one by one, to okay them then that's to be expected, no?
 
Is there anyone here whose avatar is still pending moderation? I uploaded mine in June and resubmitted it once about one/one and a half month later, but I'm still waiting. Is there anyone here who has been waiting longer than a month?
 
Yeah. Just annoying that all my other accounts has the profile updated immediately so this is the only 1 still using the old pic. Ah well will change sooner or later

mine is still in moderation, pending, and has been for a while. I’m just waiting to see when it goes through and not changing it again because that just put me on the bottom of the queue.

Yeah, I made this mistake once. I submitted in July (or even June), but at the beginning of August, I resubmitted (suspecting that the avatar was stuck because it was .png not .jpg), and since that day I've been waiting and waiting :(

me too. Hopefully one day our new avatars will be up. Mine is just a big "I" and I don’t like it. Lol.

Mine is just some stock photo of a guy very similar to me, so now I've decided to put my real photo, but... I need to be patient ;)
 
I loaded a new profile pic 3 weeks ago and it say it was successful and in moderation. Still has not been changed.
 
I get the impression that they are looking at them closer and rejecting some/many without telling people.

I submitted one a few weeks back that never appeared, so I did another quickee mess in MS Paint just to see what would happen.


As I asked on the Visual Arts board, if anyone wants to take on the task of creating avatars for Lit use, we might be able to start a thread somewhere as a repository.

Ummm... I don't think it is the problem.
How is my new avatar not in agreement with Lit policy?
And I have been waiting for months now.
