Avatar Help..............

I have just passed my post 100. I now have 102 posts..How do I go about acquiring an Avatar.I hope someone can help me .

I have just passed my post 100. I now have 102 posts..How do I go about acquiring an Avatar.I hope someone can help me .

Select a picture.
Resize it to no more than 150 pixels in it's longest dimension and no more than 20Kb (20480 bytes) when saved to disk.
Save it in JPG or GIF format.
Got to User CP at the top center of any BB page.
Select Edit Options and go to the bottom of the page.
Follow instructions to install a custom avatar.

(Use the search function in this forrum for more about avatars)

If you are having trouble resizing it post it on this board and someone will do it for you.

Also if you do a search on avatar's you are bound to come up some good pictures too.

When searching the web... Google Image browser is great... it will show the size under each picture. Be sure it is no larger than 150x150 and it will work. Have fun

Don't limit your choices to pictures that ARE 150 pixels or less. Limit your choices to pictures that will look good when reduced TO 150 pixels.
