This Gif is 168 X 179 Pixels. You have to have it reduced so that both the width and heigth are 150 or less. How do you do that? I don't know, but you can't post it in this size for sure.

I don't believe it can be done since a GIF file is a series of pictures flashed end to end. Each separate image would have to be decoded, reduced and re-encoded.

okay guys

The simplest way is open it in PAINT
SAVE AS - JPG
Then reopen the JPG file go to IMAGE
GO TO STRETCH SKEW
Chose 50% for vertical and horizontal that should do it (unless the pic is HUGE) then you have to do it a couple of times to get to about 1 1/2 inches by 1 1/2 inches on your screen
Once you have the right size. Save it and upload.
