Avatar from iPhone

I have tried to find a way to upload an pic for an avatar from my iPhone or iPad without luck. This should be straightforward but the option to download from computer is shaded out. Suggestions?

You've just barely made the post quota to be able to have an avatar. Give the site 24 - 48 hours to recognize this fact, then try again.

Not sure that is it...It will allow me to download from website and if on computer it will allow me to choose from computer file...I was hoping to use my iPhone or iPad ...in any event thanks I guess I could use images from computer just not always readily available.
