I am a former English/Language Arts teacher looking to do some literary and/or copy editing. My editor profile is here.

My primary interest leans more towards the romantic, but that still leaves room for plenty of kinks. I generally don't focus on BDSM, Non-con, or homosexuality as a category, but appreciate them in a larger context. The one category I will stay away from is Loving Wives.

Back for May!!

Now that my finals are finally over, I have some more free time to edit.

This is my editor profile. Even though I generally prefer the kind of editing mentioned here (plot, characterization and story ideas), I am open to copy editing as well. Do, however, run a basic spelling and grammar check first. I can return your pieces a lot faster if they have fewer typos.

I can handle all types and themes of stories except for the following 3.
-Gay Male
-Extreme BDSM (anything more than paddles and clamps)
-Cuckold stories

I will reply within the day itself regarding my availability. I might not take on your project if I already have too many in my edit queue (right now I am handling 2 novellas and 2 short stories). If so, I will tell you at the earliest so you can look for a new editor.

I have edited several stories on the site cutting across a variety of genres and lengths (flash fiction to novels). My turn around time depends on the length of your piece. It ranges from a few hours to a few days. Along with the initial contact do tell me the themes, a small synopsis and a word count.

I would like to edit grammar, punctuation and spelling (copy editing) for several different categories. I have taken both English 111 and 112 in college. I love to read and thought that this would be a great way to use my time and talents. One category I will not edit is NonConsent/Reluctance.

The categories I would like to edit are NonHuman, incest, interracial love, first time, romance and gay male. I also prefer for all of the stories I edit to have a bit of romance to them. At the moment I am only taking short stories. I format stories in Ms Word so please send all stories through word.

Hello my name is Angela and I do editing at the college that I go to and I get a lot of papers so I do know a lot about editing for grammar and also editing for structure. I do not have a preference with the kind of stories that I write or would like to edit and I will take any story no matter how long or short. I am available all summer and though I do have a summer class I will be online a lot since it is online. I will message you back the day you send me a message. If not, within two days of you sending me a message. Unless you need help with developing plot points and a theme I would like, besides the story itself, for you to provide me with some background of the story like character development, character traits, the theme of the story, the climax, any sex scenes and why you believe they fit, the category that the story fits into and whether is is purely sexual or romantic. I can best assess and edit the story if I have this information. Though most of this information should be layed out in the fiction, it is not always so to have that will be the right formula for making your story the best that it can be. I have never written a bad paper and I give great advice for people writing papers. I hope that you will find me useful in your search for a great editor. Cant wait to read the stories!
