Automatic pilot

I live out in BFE, so the postal service doesn't deliver to my house. Therefore, I have to have a PO Box at the local general store. These things are the old combination type (letters a through ? on a dial) I've lived here for over seven years now and I can not for the life of me tell you what the combination to my box is. HOWEVER, everyday when I go there to get my mail I spin the combination and open it. I think there's an I in it and maybe C.

Anyone else have anything they do so often they don't have to think about it?

Yep! I'm exactly like that with phone numbers....if someone asks for a number I have to pretend to dial it on a phone to remember it!

I'm that way at work with fax numbers... I can't tell you what they are, but I can dial them without the blink of an eye.

My Mom is like the phone book, she can remember the phone number we had when we first moved to this country 22 years ago!

My Dad's response is, "quickdial 2". Thanks Dad, you're a big help!
