I'm worried about why my story hasn't posted yet. I know I shouldn't worry because it's only been five days, but I do. I've been checking every couple hours today.

Don't waste your time, they seem to approve stories from about 1100PM to 0100AM Pacific time. Later tonight, it should be up.
