Author wanted for realistic story of my wife.

We are a 30yr old cpl from Iowa. I want a story written about her from accurate information about her ( makeing it seem as real and true as possible) I would supply any information wanted/needed by the author and many REAL pictures (to include sexual and nude) of my wife ( she does have a hot body---------------->no joke<---------) could/would be supplied to the author to help ummmm.... stir the imagination again adding possible realism to the story. I have a cpl of stories to share with the author that would easily sugest the type of wife sharing/cheating/exibishinism story that I would like to be done. The story would include her real name etc... The author would be welcome to keep the pics for personal use and full rights to the story would be shared equally by us and the author to do and use the story as each desired to do so. How do you think you get to claim "partial rights" to an author's story? Everything I write I own. That's the main reason I've been looking into Literotica as a place to share my work. This site's owners work hard to protect copyright laws and their author's works.

I'm sure an author would be more than willing to "thank" you publicly at the beginning of the story (especially if you ask for an illustrated story with your wife's pics), but I doubt they'll allow you "ownership" of their hard work.

If it is illustrated with someone else's pictures, then surely they own the copyright to those?

If it is joint authorship then joint copyright is quite normal, n'est-ce pas?

The thread starter never said it would be an illustrated story. They said the author could "keep the pics to wank to" as if "all authors are male" or something.

And, the thread starter never said he was going to CO-WRITE the story at all. He simply assumed he got "partial ownership" of the story because he came to Lit asking for it.

When a magazine or film production or advertising agency contracts with a writer to produce a specific piece according to pre-set boundaries, the rights to the produced work usually belong to the agency doing the contracting.

Then it looks like this guy may have some trouble getting a Lit author to write it.

When a person writes for Penthouse Letters (as an example) they usually have some kind of "credit" given to them. At the bottom of the story it may say "Albert W., New Mexico" or whatever. At Lit, we get our screen names. And, many people who write for magazines get paid. (Sure, not all, but many do.)

First of all snooper & Cybotic thank you for your rational responses. Croctden The turn around I would say is totally up to the authors ability. I am excited about getting this done and of course naturally would like it done instantly but I do have patients and understanding. Anything would of course be appreciated reguardless of the time it takes to complete.

Ok let me spell this out for you.

#1.) Perhaps I could have worded it better. I am only looking for full right to use the story for my entertainment (even if that means sharing it with friends etc.) especually since it will contain very specific information and real details of my wife etc. I do not plan to steal any "credit" or "copyrights" from the author. In fact as I have noticed here the full authors details would be listed with in and ussually at the begining of the story. I didnt say split the copyright. Just rights to use it.


#2.) I am openly advertising this as a prior agreement befor anything is written. Again not trying to be deceiving in anyway. So if it does not appeal to you then you obviously must not be the author I am looking for.

I did forget to mention the most important part. I do like your writting style and do still hope to work something out with you and/or other Authors under the above mentioned conditions. I do believe the conditions to be very fair and are honorable in any circle.

I have written a few stories on Lit dealing with cheating wives, impregnation, nonconsent and things like that. I, too, live in Iowa, so your request intrigued me.

I am currently working on a story for another fan concerning his fantasy and found that writing stories based on real live people is an enormous turn-on(which is why I write). I would love to look at any ideas you may have for your own story. You may want to check out my stories to see if my style is right for you as well. Since I cannot post my email here, I will PM it to you, or feel free to respond to one of my stories.

Not too worried about rights as some of the others above. Once we post something in Lit, it is pretty much copyrighted in the author's name. I think I understand where you are coming from in the previous post and I feel I have to explain a little. Authors who post their works, especially for free, are very worried about their stories being stolen, redistributed etc, etc. Once again, I would not mind if you shared any stories I write about your particular fantasy with your wife, friiends and so on.

We can discuss any other concerns we both might have over email. Additionally, if the content of my stories is not what you are looking for, I am always open to suggestions and looking to write something different, as long as it turns me on.

Longwinded, I know, but my writing isn't that bad.

Okay, I PMed you my email and link to my stories. I warn you, I am a slow writer - but I like to think my tales have some quality.
