How about a lesbian fertility clinic. The babies are delivered here. In addition, the moms are inseminated here. But the sole doctor running the place is kinky and uses his own sperm. For instance this idea.
It's a humor story idea involving an MC who thinks his wife is cheating on him. Poor communication and a wild imagination causes the MC's world to spin.
