Oww, I must have hurt my arm today when I was swimming. It hurts like crap. I nice hot shower will help. I'll go soon, besides it is 11:20pm!!! Crikkies, lucky I'm not training tomorrow morning.

Working on that now, sorry I am a bit distracted just foundsomething else on another site I have been waiting for.
I am going fairly well at the moment, was really busy at work but the time goes faster when its like that so not all bad i suppose.

I believe that in life, we all have things that our ours, and ours alone to do. Many people will help along the way, some in ways that we least expect, and some in ways that we wont even see till long after the fact, if ever at all.
Orlanth......... You are a very special young man, just be careful that the things you hunger for the most aren't the same things that will hurt you the deepest. There are those that love you, and will never be far away should you truely have need of them.
