Audio story submission question!

OK, how do I go about submitting a "story" with audio attached? I've tried a few times, and it refuses to load after the page where I enter in the "story" and pick the attachment. Am I missing something here?

Also, is there a required type of file to upload, because mine is currently saved as a .wav, and I don't know how to change the type, short of rerecording it.

I have no idea what the problem with uploading the file might be but I'm pretty sure the preferred format is MP3.

There are several freeware or shareware audio editing programs available, but I can't recommend any particular one because I just don't do much with audo files. Jet Audio used to have a fairly competent audio recording and editing package, but that was nearly ten years ago.

Just use google or other search engine to find audio file converters or audio editors.
