Audio AH Chain Story -interest,discussion and general waffle!

Well I know I didn't come up with the original idea but it has been mentioned a few times by different folks that we should give an audio chain story ago sooooooo

A) Who's interested in taking part?

B)Any ideas on a theme?

C) anyone with experience in chain stories who wants to help organise this shinanigans?



A) I'm interested in taking part (hence starting the thread)

B) No ideas right now..thats why i'm asking *L*

C) I am happy to help organise but i have not got the first clue about how chain stories work..let alone how an audio one would go *L*

I think I'm going to have to be sensible and realistic for once in my life and say that I just can't take part.

I've got one story I'm working on right now and a couple of others to finish before NaNo starts on Nov 1st (sign ups begin tomorrow!!). So, I just can't get involved in any other projects right now. Huge shame, because I would have love to have been involved, just a bad time of year.

I'll be keeping an ear out for developments, though!

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing.

I decided to go ahead and try this NaNo thing, which means I'll prolly gonna be settin' everything else on a back burner somewhere...maybe we could pick up this idea in Dec or Jan?

well depending how it goes we can either

a) plan to do it at a later date


or

b) do one now and another at a later date.


its totally flexible like that

So Lou and Remec..we might be able to do something say early next year with this?


What do other people think?

Is anyone up for starting and doing an audio chain story now?

Who would be interested in doing one "Later" ?

I think the best way to handle this, would be to treat it like any other chain story. The only difference being that at the bottom of each written part of the tale there would be an audio version accompanying it.

The only real problem would be getting someone to host these files.

I think it's a fun idea, but like Lou and Remec said. Not now.

I start my career as a student on Monday and I said I would take part in NaNo and I still have this novell/novella that's begging to be written.
And I still have to find a new job to accompany the new study.

I'm up for it, whenever we decide to go. Writing isn't a matter of time for me, just mood. I don't think anything has ever taken me more than half an hour to write.
