Is this you?

Hi, my name is gottaloveithard, and I just posted my new story! I am thrilled to have my first story posted and would love some feedback. I wanna improve, so give it too me straight!

Your story is posted, you ask for some feedback, you get the feedback, and you do not recognize those providing feedback!

It can be time consuming to read a story and provide feedback. I do it because I know what it felt like wondering how people liked that "first story".

Please be considerate and thank those who take the time to read your stories and provide you with some feedback. It's called courtesy. :)

ok, down off my soapie box...

To get feedback, you have to give feedback.

It's a law, folks. Probably codified in an old book of statutes somewhere.

No, not statues--that belongs in the Erica posts.

Addendum:

Thank those who take the time to give you feedback or they probably won't do it anymore.
Manners, guys, it all comes down to manners, just like your mothers told you it would.

Also, Paste a link to your story in your feedback request.
Almost no one will read it if you don't make it painstakingly easy for people to get there.

Actually the reason why I never ask the other authors here for feedback is that--especially between here and the time school gets out--I don't have time to return the favor.

Hopefully, I will be able to do more reading and feedback over the summer and THEN I may ask some of you to respond to some of the things I've written.
