Attention Mac Savvies!

I've got an ancient Macintosh. I bought it second hand ages ago. I've lost the cables for it. I remember they were scart-cables, not USB-ones, and now that development has rushed past me, I need to find new cables and - viola! Only USB-cables available in stores. When I mention SCART, their faces go blank.
I'm thinking of finding some kind of converter, that I could plug into the Mac, and then hook it onto USB-needing things on the other end. Should I bother putting a bid on something like this, or should I just send the ol' Mac to the big Tool Shop in the sky?

Now that Svenska has successfully isolated Mac Savvies and helped me throw the trap-net over them....

I want to buy an all-in-one scanner/copier/printer that meets one criterion: simple to set up and use. Quality of scans, copies and prints doesn't have to be professional, just decent enough for home-office use.

I've googled up a lot of customer reviews, almost all from PC users. For some machines, there are a couple of reviews by Mac users who had compatibility issues.

Any recommendations?

FYI, when I buy a TV, DVD player, car stereo or other tech-thing, the first thing I look for is the remote control with the fewest and most basic commands. Life is too short to read the manual.

Sorry Sher, I only know the one I've got, a Hewlett Packard for PC.

As for old Macs, I think the iMac makes a great goldfish bowl. Colorful and pretty.

SCAN this thing.

PRINT this thing.

SCAN this thing and UPLOAD the image in the size I need whether I know it or not.

RESIZE this image so it will work as a new Literotica AV. Eliminate the copyright, if any.
