Idon't know what PB's point is, but I think it would be great if each lawyer here found the dumb laws in their area and found a way to challenge them and get them overturned.

These laws stay on the books bcause nobody bothers to object to them. Wouldn't it be great if Lit was the starting point for a legal revolution that resulted in dumblaws.com having to close down?

but the thing is is even law enforcement doesn't enforce the dumb laws, such as spitting downwind on the street, i think that's a nebraska law...
