I've seen people refer to other people as trolles before. Is it just someone who is anoying, and just plain bugs you?

I don't think there is a requirement for a troll to be a registered user. Some of them really could be unregistered users who get a bug up their ass about something and decide to start posting. Annonymously, of course. I think we've had a few of the fire and brimstone religious guys go that route, for example.
