Okay, I checked the link, but I didn't feel like reading much. What I need to know is this: Does the medicated shampoo not work on these?

Yes, the shampoo works on the green crabs, but it is not effective in treating Japanese oyster drills (an invasive type of drilling snail). Please adjust your activities accordingly.
