Im thinking fetish if it was straight up anal but with atm would to me be a fetish. Unless its a type of dominance. But depends on the story.

I agree its a big ewww factor, but not quite sure it qualifies as fetish. If I were seeking it out my first thought would be anal.

I feature it in a couple of my stories and it does have a squick factor because each time I have done it I get at least a couple of comments calling it out as "un hygenic"

Obviously it is something not done too often in real life and of course in the porns they are editing out the part where the guy wipes his cock off from the girls ass before she puts it in her mouth and that's even with the women usually,, um....cleaning themselves out shall we say the day of an anal shoot.

So I guess fetish is a good call, but like I said I think anyone looking is going to head straight to anal.

My thought is if you are going to write it, maybe put a disclaimer in your authors note the story features ATM that way anyone really grossed out by it will just click off and you won;t get trolled over it.
