The media has repeatedly claimed, without evidence, last week's killings at Atlanta area massage parlors were racially or ethnically motivated by "anti-Asian bias." This false claim, unsubstantiated by either evidence or facts, is not only "fake news" but puts the alleged perpetrator at risk of being less likely to get a fair trial and of increased risk of "retributive" attacks and harassment.

If Dominion voting systems can sue a bunch of people on much more questionable grounds, with facts much less clear, the Atlanta attacker should be able to sue countless media outlets and networks as well as ethnic and political activist groups for blatant defamation of character.

One could argue that many of the media's claims simply implied the incident was a so-called "hate crime" against Asians and were careful to not literally say it outright. This is a very tenuous argument as it has been very clear what the media was saying. They really have no leg to stand on when the young man sues their lying agenda driven butts off.

I haven’t seen any media reporting anything but that the motive is unknown. Public reactions of those who believe it was a hate crime have also been reported.

Who’s your lawsuit against, the people making that claim or the media reporting on them?

Sounds like yet another Deplorable who committed a violent act is being characterized by a fellow Deplorable as the "victim". :(

Good luck with that lawsuit about the media reporting on public reaction to him murdering eight people.

He posts stupid shit daily, but "Remember that thread where renard defended the Georgia Spa Mass Murderer against the media?" is a gift I wasn't expecting.

Link saved. :rose: :rose:

The Atlanta shooter hasn't demonstrated that his act wasn't racially motivated; Dominion did demonstrate, with court backing, that your friends were just lying about the voting machines.

STFU, dIzZyb0oby. He drove through 2 counties. There's only a 4% Asian population in Georgia. You do the math.

Why is it that the Trumpettes here ALWAYS pick up the jackass position on every topic?

I think in all fairness here, (and almost I hate to respond to a frickin' Dmitri thread but here we go) We have to take into consideration what the killer's actual motive was. He has stated that he was motivated by hatred of sex workers, and not hatred of Asians per se. Whether or not he is lying about the motive to avoid it being labeled a "hate crime" is the real question, I suppose- but it shouldn't affect the outcome of the case in the sligthtest. Regardless of whether he was motivated by racial hatred or hatred towards the sex-worker industry, the guy deserves the frickin' chair- and a slow painful death by 120 volts at that, rather than instantanous death by 7200 volts.

I think, on that last part, we can all agree, right?

A white guy murdered 8 minorities. If that's not a hate crime, what is?

If it had been a Black guy that traveled out of his way to specifically murder 8 Jewish people (or just women, out of a pique of sexual frustration), imagine how froggy the racist shitstain would be jumping now.

would put Superman leaps to shame.
