This iritates me, someone pleads for feedback on this forum then doesn't respond when he/she recieves it. Its happened to me before. I feel like I wasted my time taking a look and trying to give them encouragement, advise and my thoughts on their piece. I know I'm no genius or literary expert but even if the author disagrees with all my points that's okay but I don't like being ignored when I was trying to help.Varian P said:What's perhaps even more perplexing is that some people who actively solicit feedback here in the Story Feedback forum don't respond when people take the time to reply.

I try to go through systematically occasionally, but it is not easy.

Don't authors want comments? If not why allow them?
If authors want comments they should at least let you know they received your comments.vargas111 said:I submit al ot of comments leaving my email address so the author can follow up. I very seldom get a response. for my part I always respond to comments if the pr=erson leavesan email.
