This is cause the other thread is tettering on 99 posts and I hate weeding through really long posts so here we begin again.

General rules no religion baiting or politics baiting me. and then most everything goes.

For a good example of non-baiting religion discussion examine SweetNick. He has systematically torn down my belief system but he has done it in a polite courteous manner and that I am greatful. I hope that he will bring the continued discussion over here, I enjoyed it.

I want to give out a public thank you to SweetNick, Thank you.

todd....ok, here's my question. it's not religon baiting (even tho that's really fun for an atheist to do, unless i'm the target. being an theist that sux a nut, we become public enemy number 1), nor is it political baiting (coughbusheatshairycockcough), it's just a simple, how are ya doin' today?

K Todd....and how many sex toys do you own?

:p

My left hand and my right hand.

Though I was sent a vibrating mouth sex toy but its mouth was to small for penis to fit, and the accompaning video was absolutely horrible, bad sound and bad cameramanship.

For example it was showing a blowjob scene and the only thing that you could see was the hair on the back of the guys head, thats all the back of his head.

It was the NormaJean Mouth.

I am doing well although Yesterday really sucked hairy cock though. My friends from Prince Edward Island drove over to see me yesterday afternoon an 8 hour drive which they could only stay for a few hours and my boss wouldn't give me the day off even though I had told her about this visti over three weeks ago we had planned it. So they got here and i had to tell them to go home cause i had work.

I was peaved right off all day and begrudgingly did the work, even did a good job, despite wanting to do a half fast one.

But today was much better.

I have a question.

Todd do you ever swear? I would be, after having to tell my friends who had travelled so far to go home again. You just got peeved off and begrudgingly went about your work, not me I would have been throwing things at people all day.

So do you ever swear, or is that too against your religion?

P.S. Yes that is a serious question.

Well actually its a twofold answer to the question. i wn't wuote anything or throw anything at you, but ya might want to put on a thinking cap incase my explaination sucks.

Firstly, Rev. Phelps of godhatesfags baptist church is an extremeist and will sadly be disappointed one day.

Ok unto the question. What is the bibles attitdue on homosexuals.

Well according to the bible Homosexuality is a sin, and god hates sin, and He has several condemnation against homosexuality, the most notable would be the destruction of Sodom and Gommorah in the Old Testament. Now this does sound bad but cheer up it does get better.

Although God clearly hates the sin of homosexuality and tells the christian to hate the sin of homsexuality, there is a bright side.

God also shows us that he does however love the sinner despite the sin. That can be seen how through out both Old and New he has for all the crap mankind has given Him, He has extended grace. God also Commands the Christian to show love to the sinner despite thier state of sinfulness.

I'll stop preaching now I know I am getting boring again.

I have sworn but very rarely, it just sounds so wierd to hear a swear come from me. I was a athiest a lot longer than I have been a christian. Even them I never saw any value in swearing. after all when it comes down to the brass tacks of the sitatuion the vocabularic value of swear words to a person repetoire is actually a negative.

The only time I have sworn in memory are in times of complete pain. i.e. going through a car window, getting hit in the nadicles with a hardball, etc.

thanks todd dont worry i was expecting that sort of answer :)

i think the attitude to homosexuals by the church is changing i know theres a huge amount of "godhateshomo's" in the church still though now

also yes i know the story of Sodom and Gommorah and one of reasons why god destroyed them was because of homsexuality happening in those citys i wasnt sure how much of it was to do with because of the actual period in time and people that wrote the bible ... homosexuality was seen as evil back then and the devils doing so it was easy to say that everyone in sodom and gommorah was doing it .. i know theres other references to being gay in the bible though and it being a sin ... i think many gay groups think this stuff was added though by the writers "creavtively" because of thier own prejudices

Well I do have a big post somewhere on it, but things were not added cause the translaters writers had a prejudice against it, cause if they did there is a lot of other stuff inther as a writers if I was doing it to condemn somthing I didn't like that I would take out to protect myself.

Any group like ghf using the bible will find that thier own actions will be judged thrice as hard for thier condeming.

Though I don't condone the sin of homosexuality, I do care for the person invovled in it.

Is there a biblical basis for a deliverance ministry in which counselors free Christians from demonic influence?

Rhyme but no reason

Oh! my God
The neverending Todd!

Todd-

Ask you anything eh?

Okay... Where did the trolls come from, and who sent them...

(don't you just love it when people get to the point?)

Such as exorcism? or other demonic influence?

If on the grounds of exorcism, there are no instruction manuals in the bible on doing it. Though we do see Jesus demonstrate some exorcsims in the New Testament.

I feel today that peoples problem's christians and not are not a problem of posession as much as other physioloical and sociological and neurological disorders. There may be a couple out of every 100 possesions that are real but they are the exception rather than the rule.

There are some guidelines for christians to deal with ill christians
Such as the laying on of hands, annointing of oil and prayer.

yup, anything. {that was easy ;) }

Trolls come from the deep dark emotions that pit themselves deep in each of us. Trolls are our jeaolusy, our anger, our hatred, our loathing, trolls are all our bad energy.

Who sent them, in the depth of ourselves they come, in essence we have sent them. and in the same power we can send them back.

Points are cool.

Todd,

Given the option (I know you rent) How would you decorate your bedroom. I assume that is the room we keep seeing with the flowery wallpaper. Whatever that room is, given your choice & unlimited funds, what would be your choice of decor?

Yes, the flowery paper is the room that we keep seeing with my pictures is my bedroom.

How would I decorate it?

Hmmmmmmm,I would go with a deep sky blue on the walls with Hardwood bookshelves all around even around the bed at about 3 feet up from the floor, probably with a deep dark rich stain to bring out the life of the wood itself. all filled with my choice of books :) a light blue cieling with some white clouds mixed into it. One wall of course I would keep the two 6 foot tall by 3 foot tall wide windows with the space inbetween with no shelves for my diplomas and certificates of education. And in one corner would be a walk in hardwood closet. Come to think of it thats how Idid decorate my room before I got the boot.

I know I suck as a decorator but I love blues and hardwood decor.

You're welcome, thanks for your answers.

I just got done the other thread and your answer to my Nazorean question only dealt with how the Bible mentions it, yet no where do you provide any other reference for the city in history. In fact, other than the New Testament, one does not find the city of Nazareth in any records, not even in the ancient Roman records. Also, the Nazoreans are purported to be the same sect of Judaism that produced the Dead Sea Scrolls, thereby making Jesus not so much a savior from no where, but in fact a member of a cult. Thoughts, feelings, suggestions, repudiations?

Ahh I see your ploy ;) AndIt is actually what I held when I was an athiest, I can't exactly explain what made me lose the thought, but something did.

But along the same thought line one could say that America was not heard of before the explorers come here, and Joseph Smith said that Mormonism came from here first, so there for that would make america not a nation but a cult.

It's kinda circular reasoning to say that because someone is from somewhere that they are something, by reason of them coming from that area. But life is circular in itself.

I may be right I may be wrong. If I am wrong I have but at the end of my days wasted 60-70-80? years being "good". If I am right I will not have wasted eternity. Call it hedging my bets and buying fire insurance, it works for me.

Are there good and bad television evangelists?

If so, which are the very worst and the very best in your opinion?

As For catergorizing them.

Good:
Billy Graham
Woodroll Kroll {actually met him at my graduation from college}

Alright but leaning away:
Jerry Falwell
James Dobson
