There is that occasional feeling of something missing.

The people you interact with in the 'real' world would never guess that you have longings that feed your private, submissive urges. Thoughts of a mature woman in control, create a pang in your gut that never quite leaves; always quietly there, existing.

Many times you've wondered if it is truly something you need, or just an unfulfilled fantasy that you hold onto because it has been a part of you for so long. You've never been able to broach the subject with a woman in 'real life' because well, if she doesn't understand...that's a bell that you cannot un-ring.

Public commenting on this thread isn't necessary, because it's something you're not ready to share with the Lit-iverse, but you'll come back to this thread and reread it a time (or three) and then you'll do what you knew you should've done instantly--you'll PM me.

We all have preferences, and as I respect others', I expect the same in return. I'm interested in unattached men, ages 25-45, based in the US. If you fall outside these parameters, I won't reply to your PMs. If you joined Lit yesterday, have 0 posts to your credit and the only contribution you offer is "What's your Kik?", I won't reply to your PM.

If you're still reading, good. I'm sure the cogs are turning. I'll be waiting :rose:

What a shame you have set such limitations... This married 60yo Australian would love to PM you, but is outside of those limits...

I would love to chat if you have the chance, good luck otherwise. Im sure you find someone wonderful :rose:

I might come to re-read, and re-re-read.

Simply because this is so masterfully written.

I'm not ready to talk about those longing your piqued this morning, with the Lit-verse...but since I'm outside your sandbox I feel compelled as it seems the only chance at actual communication. To send you a message that won't be acknowledged is merely a statement.

It's true...that bell cannot be un-rung. Often I think the silence before "ringing it" is better than the silence now.

Interesting and very poignant observation :rose:
