Well, everything seems to be lining up nicely. Trumps most controversial nominees are winning over the Senate and barring some unforeseen surprise will most likely win approval. To say that their appointments will be transformational would be an understatement.

On the foreign affairs front both allies and adversaries are falling in line as well. Mexico and our new state of Canada (*chuckle*) are kissing the ring. Of all the silly things taking place Russia is putting tariffs on Chinese imports. Maybe that ‘strategic’ alliance isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Iran is quickly becoming a foot note in the history books. And while Iran’s dilemma is mostly due to Israel’s actions there is no doubt that Israel will be given the full backing of the US should Iran want to play silly games.

China is the wild card in all of this. Xi is still making noises like he’s in control of everything but I believe that is mostly for internal consumption. The key signal to watch here is whether Xi accepts Trumps invitation to attend the inauguration. The world is decoupling from China and they have way too much excess manufacturing capacity. So they are selling at or below cost and the government is subsidizing the losses just to maintain employment. That only works for so long because you can’t collect taxes from companies losing their ass financially. Most of the Provinces are so underwater financially due to corrupt real estate manipulations that there is little hope that the central government can save their ass.

All in all it’s looking bright enough that I might have to put my shades on.

Only in the sense that digestion is a transformational process. This is going to be an even more incompetent and dysfunctional and outrageously amoral administration than Trump's first. "Nicely" is not a fitting word.

And it will have to get by without Trump. He no longer has the mental capacity to run anything. They'll have to 25th Amendment his senile-demented ass before the midterms.

Either you don't understand, or refuse to understand, what happened on Nov. 5th.

You, the democrats, spent 8 years doing the equivalent of stealing John Wicks car and killing his dog. And while I don't expect Trump to specifically target any particular individual he, and his appointee's, are going to steam roll anyone that gets in their way. The wise politicians, foreign and domestic, understand this even if you don't.

So you can piss and moan and fall back on the same tactics that everyone is wise to while you get pointed at while we laugh. It's going to be a miserable ride for you.

Whacking off in public is fun

None of that is going to make this administration any less incompetent.

You must be so excited that a group of billionaire nepo babies is looking out for you, the little man. Your party sold out and you're paying the invoice. Good job.

Xi will not be coming to the inauguration. There are many theories from both sides of the aisle as to why. Most are acrimonious, at best. From where I sit there is but the one reason.

He's terrified as to what might happen should he step foot outside Beijing.

There is revolution in the air and he smells...

Did Xi ever attend an American presidential inauguration before?

Rory is behaving in the mild manner of a moron, but it makes you look no brighter to pick on the retarded.

Remember, he gets high on funky yellow sun when he takes his clothes off.

That's my guess as well. And just maybe the reason he was invited to begin with. Trump does have a wicked sense of humor.

Oh, so this thread is about China.

Got it.

Haven't you fuckeds been predicting the end of the regime for over a decade now?

Any day now.

Or was it the invasion of Taiwan.

I'm not sure which day of the week it is in terms of the right discussion.

Has anyone checked on Africa lately?

(Xi has)

I hear he has electric eyes for Mexico

Optimism is on the rise, even among people who didn’t vote for Trump. There’s a strong sense of relief in America that the Biden-Harris administration is in the rear view mirror. That said, there are still a few sad faces grumbling on the PB.

There will be trolls always pathetically shouting,
look at the good things that you've got...

The Kool aid is definitely on the rise for the MAGA expectations. Reminds me of the same feeling from the Biden and never trumper crowd in 2020. A bunch of chip plant workers are feeling it in central Ohio

Aah....you can change the alt of the AJ

But you can't change the AJ of the alt
It's like bB not telling everyone that he Iggies them

Preempting the disclaimer : AJ is not bB
Adding: I think if AJ added more emojis, he could be laz quality. Just some constructive criticism
