Howdy,

I'm close to posting my first story for Lit, it's going to be a multiple chapter deal, probably novella length.
I'd like to include some artwork along with the posts. Nothing too fancy, just pencil or charcoal sketches or something similar. I think the story will lend itself quite well, and I'm willing to give the artist quite a bit of leeway in choosing their work.

If you're interested, PM me. I'll give you the details of the story, and maybe you could share some of your work. We'll see how it goes from there.

Okay, so my post has garnered 46 view and zero replies. I am doing something wrong!

So, let me change it up a bit and see if that helps. I'm going to post here two excerpts from the first chapter of my story. If it captures your interest, you can sketch it out and I'll include it with my story, along with appropriate credit to you, the artist. Also, you can use it for the submission to the new art forum, above, and make the mods happy, too!

In the scenes below, the MC is looking a pics of herself. She took them with her boyfriend, but someone has gotten a hold of them and is possibly looking to blackmail her.

One final thing, I picture the MC as Zoe Carter (Jordan Hinson) from the TV show Eureka.

....

In the first shot, Sophie was nude and kneeling at the foot of the bed, though you couldn't really see that in the frame. What you could see was the shaft of Carter's cock, rigid and engorged, at the base of the picture. Her lips formed a seal around the head of his cock, and she was sucking vigorously, so that her cheeks were concave. Yet her eyes were grinning at the camera, full of mischief and excitement.
In the final shot, the head of Carter's cock was now at the bottom of the frame. A yolky, cream colored line of fluid strung from the tip of it to Sophie’s chin. Similar lines were randomly drizzled across her cheeks, nose, and forehead. Some of the fluid was pooling just at the dip between lip and chin, and her tongue was frozen in the act of licking it up. Despite this, the expression on her face was giddy, almost euphoric.

With new authors, it's not enough to announce you are going to write your first story and wish to have it illustrated. Freebie work is not something that is given away to perfect strangers. First I'd publish some stories and try to get some red H's. I'd get those pieces edited before I submit -- especially your first story. Make it good, make it yours, own it.

Then make some friends on this dang site who are artists, cuz you're getting no responses means no artist knows you... cmky.

Thanks for the tip. Wet Special, I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my posting.
I really didn't expect to get an artist, I was just putting it out there on the odd chance somebody was feeling generous.

I know this thread is about a month old now but thought I'd put my thoughts out there as an artist that enjoys character design.

When I'm asked to draw some one else's characters, I like to get a brief description of them with things like hair color, eye color, height, body type, etc. Maybe even some examples of what the author was thinking of when they wrote about the character. Not saying I'll do it (way too busy with school at the moment) but thought that might help for future reference.
