Artist girlfriend gets into bondage (comedy)

Two women, one an artist who specializes in photography and painting, one a business woman have been dating for some time. Artist is in a slump so her girlfriend decides to try and take her mind off things by coming up with some sexy activities to do.

Artist isn’t really feeling it till she sees shibari bondage and suddenly she really likes the idea of bondage. She ties girlfriend up and they have a fun night but then the next night artist asks to do it again but to do different types of bondage…and she’d like to take pictures of girlfriend.

To girlfriend’s surprise, they aren’t casual pictures at all, but properly lit professional photos. Artist reveals she feels really inspired and girlfriend makes the perfect model. She agrees not to share the photos but wants to keep experimenting and girlfriend agrees though she soon becomes worn out from all the types of bondage.

Artist does start producing new paintings and some photography work, their agent even looks at it and says they can get them a showing, the only thing to do is just a lil work and dine with a local gallery.

Artist and her girlfriend go and artist brings along a flash card with the new pieces…only to accidentally bring the wrong one and now suddenly with the local art community present, all of the bondage pics are put on full display.

In her workplace, is it known that the businesswoman is bi/lesbian?

Perhaps in advertising for the showing, the artist tagged the businesswoman on social media, which leads to her friends and coworkers attending the event and seeing the nude bondage pics of the businesswoman.

Also, after the initial shock of seeing herself displayed nude in high-resolution, how does the businesswoman react? Does her artist/girlfriend whisper/plead to her not to ruin the showing and just let herself to be exposed publicly, even as she is dealing with seething anger and profound humiliation?

And of course, as more of the patrons imbibe more wine, they perhaps get playfully more randy with their comments and perhaps their hands...

Again, great premise.

Again, great premise.

1. I’d say yeah. In my fantasies I’d like it to be known and not a taboo.

2. I could see a couple of ways. I figured the dinner wasn’t the full showing so she tries to laugh it off but the gallery host was looking for something more provocative and actually pushes for the bondage pics to be used for the showing. She again tries to dissuade her girlfriend and the gallery host but her girlfriend actually makes an impassioned plea saying that while it was an accident she can see from the host’s reaction that what they made together was real Art and she wants the show to not just be a display of her photography and painting but also of her gorgeous girlfriend. So she reluctantly agrees.

Or 2 she is shocked and yanks the card out. The host laughs thinking aloud that the artist must have put their smut folder on display…so then the businesswoman flips and instead loudly defends her partner and puts the pics back on: “SMUT??? SMUT??? You think this is smut? You think the lighting, the posing, the hours of proper binding can be put down as mere SMUT???” And by the end she gives such an impassioned speech that the bondage pics are made the show.

I think one thing though to take it to the next level would be that the businesswoman would be asked to pose for the at least the opening night. Of course there are signs saying not to touch her but as you said, wine is poured, fingers start straying…

I think that option would resonate with many readers and has kind of a sex-positive message.

Personally, I like the idea of her girlfriend begging her not to make a scene and ruin her art show, with the businesswoman very reluctantly agreeing and then struggling to keep it together as the crowd stares at her and her very explicit photos that reveal not only her body, but also her bondage kinks.

Yeah, I was thinking that too, kind of a performance art situation (probably after a few weeks of the artist-girlfriend begging and pleading her to do it, to give her her big break).
