Ok, so it's been done before, but now with a twist.
Nanotechnology (artificial intellect) + biotechnology (cyborg) in a future time (2029/30 New Years eve).
Remember to use other predictions not necessary to the storyline, but may be a small reference point or footnote.
Hover cars (voice customizable) and flying cars with GPS units (can drive themselves), smart houses with super intelligent walls in each room (can build themselves), missile protection ray (already surrounding some airports) surrounding every museum, entertainment center, school, park, etc., and huge underwater communities that connect like hamster tubes and domes.
Including regular space shuttle/module transports.
Story
The creator falls in love with his creation.
How would she feel about him having sex with her against her will (virtual rape)?
If you had a switch to shut off free will, and another to shut off your moral center, would you feel your rights are being violated?
If programs create programs which creates larger networks, would it be any different from baby engineering when customizing the next generation of programs?
