Dallas has laws that its homeless can't be helped/fed unless city government regulation allows it. And city police aggressively enforce those regulations. To feed the homeless. Simply to clothe the homeless. So, some folks in Dallas reckoned that since police seem to treat legally armed citizens with more respect for some strange reason, why not be armed while they intentionally break city regulations to feed and clothe the homeless and see what the cops do?

As you watch the video, notice how the servants seem almost giddy at the mere thought that the full weight of violently-enforced city regulation might possibly arise against them, as they are fully prepared for exactly that and totally bolstered by the righteous humanity of their cause.

I clicked on your second link and got "The Theft Office Tollways & Betrayal". It was a youtube feed about this guy having problems with his local county tax,title,and tag office. I'm having a very similar problem, but no tollway involved, in my state with my local DMV or title and tag office, or whatever it's called.
