This only applies if the person is promising meetings and live contact surely... why the hell should anyone be compelled to sit tests like talking on the phone just to be granted the favour of casual contact... Well hon, there are ways around a phone call, if someone really has the need for voice verification. Several of the chat programs have voice features or a voice could be recorded and sent as a file attachment to an email, using a microphone.

You are very right though, pop, when you say women shy away from talking on the phone with men if they are attached and their SO isn't aware of their activities. I'm big on open and honest, but not everyone is. Just because a woman doesn't want to talk to a man doesn't mean she's not a girl. It can mean she's taken, or just very cautious.

That is a generalization and one that I happen to disagree with. But then I am 100% female and I am sexually aggressive and open about it.

I know usually within a few short minutes of chatting or pming with a man if he is someone that I would like to meet or not. Am I cautious and do I play it safe? You bet I do.

I can promise that there is nothing extra in MY undies. Just because I chose to do what is right for me and not what is considered "normal" or "typical" doesn't make it wrong.
