I think it is both. I've seen plenty of guys who are way more fascinated with my tits than I ever have been. Why do so many accept fat boobs, but not fat bodies.

This is where it comes back to media and things that might have influenced your preference from a young age.
Watching movies where women’s bodies looked a certain way … pornography … whether it be magazines or internet or videos.
A lot of what we are exposed to in formative years becomes a part of us … without us even realizing it’s happening
