My sister has that exact little hummingbird (your icon) on her back with a grapevine and a beautiful purple and blue bunch of grapes draped down the small of her back. It was designed just for her.

Where did you find it? EGADS.....your not my sister are you?

OH...okay I'll make it a topic....What is the most unusual Tattoo you have ever seen...& feel free to post a pic if you are so inclined.

I once saw a tattoo on a woman's stomach that said, "X marks the spot" with an arrow that pointed to her crotch. Lower and just above her shaved pussy was a tattoo of an "X".

I met someone recently who has a fish tattoo on his penis.

I saw a porn video once where a chick had a tattoo of The Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz pushing a lawnmower through her pubes. Now THAT was funny!!! :D

Adoratrice, no I'm not your sister. LOL Wouldn't mind it, but...

Anyway, it's actually a temp tattoo I thought I'd try out. Got it in a package at Walgreens. Yeah, I suck. LOL Put it on the inside of my wrist because that's where I'm thinking of getting a real one some day.

Ackkk... what a thought. Finding out someone here was my sister. Shudders. Okay, I have the heebie jeebies now.

Tattooing your penis

A few years ago I was listening to Loveline (when it was just an LA thing), and some guy called to ask Dr. Drew why he couldn't get it up after getting a tattoo of a dragon etched into his schlong.

Drew said that the needle probably killed the nerve, but not to panic because it will grow back. Starting at the base and moving to the tip, the nerve had to grow all the way back...and it grows at a rate of 2 cm every six weeks or something like that. Can you imagine?!?

Hmhhh

Does it have to grow back the full length when soft or hard. I would think it would be hard but not sure. Also i thought nerves could not grow back. I mean once they are damaged aren't they just done or is this a special one.

Azwed,,,

Some nerves can grow back. When I was 26 and playing the tom-fool with my son who was 5,,, just chasing around the house like two fools,,, he slipped thru an open french door and pushed it shut behind himself. I went to push it open without really paying attention and plunged my right arm thru the glass,,, 56 stitches required and several nerves were cut to ribbons.

No feeling in my thumb, forefinger nor pinkie at the time. Took about 2 years before I regained some sensation to hot and cold and about 4 years to get full feeling back.

So some nerves are able to regenerate themselves.

Maybe the woody nerve is one of them ?

The other night I was surfing for tattoo ideas,

And i found a pic of this guy with a claw looking thing ripping out of his back.

CG

**Goes off to find that pic.**

ummm...EWWW

ohhh my sister is gonna be pissed when I tell her I can buy her Tattoo at Wallgreens...maybe I'll really push her over the edge and get myself one & tell her I wanted to be just like her.......hooooooo...sorry that's only funny to me, you don't know my sister!

Do it! I takes hardly any time to apply. I'm getting quite fond of mine.:)

Claw Tattoo

I gotta say as shuddery as that tattoo made me feel, you gotta give kudos to the artist...I mean the skin peeling effect there is gnarly!

Oh completely!! Do you guys think tattooing is addictive? I don't know if I would go that far...but I got one last year, and now I think I want another one...

Another question...what is the wierdest tat you have ever seen? (Besides the one above *shudder*) I saw a guy with a shaved head and a crown of thorns tattooed around his skull...that was pretty wierd.
