I guess I'll try and write a poem this month.

The Sun itself hasn't come up yet. I was dreaming before I woke up, now I can't remember the dream to write it down.

ah, maybe you can hold onto the sensations it's left behind rather than the details, use them instead ...

My dreams frequenty fade on waking. A few somehow get lodged in my waking memory. Something about them makes an impact on me. So strange and vivid, perhaps. I also almost never remember what I was thinking about just before I fall asleep. I'll be thinkg about any of a number of things, fairly ordinary thoughts, and them some strange thread will twist by.

I used to be able to make myself dream certain things when I was younger .......... usually of a horny nature

last night I dreamed I had a flat tire - I sure checked them carefully this morning before I left.

National Poetry Month is a month-long,national celebration of poetry established by the Academy of American Poets.Each year the month of April is set aside as National Poetry Month,a time to celebrate poets and their craft.Various events are held throughout the month by the Academy of American Poets and other poetry organizations.

But still a good excuse to write poems and otherwise celebrate poetry.
Other months should be good, too.

Seems to me when I had Survivor pushing me onwards with deadlines I had to meet I was getting down to it, whereas now I have become very lacsidasical and am not writing much at all. I need to be in another challenge that's where I thrive

Me too. Several just for my wife, but only a few others, all posted in one of these threads.
