I'm sorry, I don't know anything about the magnificent 7 or any sports stuff...
Sometimes when I get writers block I just open up a word program and begin to write, not letting myself stop. it doesn't matter if you mis-spell, or don't make any sense, just try to write down what's going on in your head. Maybe if you think up your characters and write a broad outline you can go from there, filling in the blanks. I can try to help you along the way, just let me know when you get started.
