Wrote a mild cliche riddled BTB just about 750 words (plus a couple) and strangely it was kicked back for violence. Go figure, given my writing, I mean it was far less bloody than most of what I do. No slit throats, beating with chains, or bolt cutter castration just a simple choking. Anyway trying to make the killing less, repulsive I guess works, to salvage the story.
Usually in BTB one party is virtuous and the other evil in this one she is a vapid bimbo and he’s an evil bastard so there aren’t any good guys here. Anyone want to read it and offer advice?
