It's 2011. Doesn't everyone have one.
Nope. I don't.
I use the phone. You know, the voice thing. The old-fashioned way!

I tend to have a similar view to DVS. I use facebook, reluctantly, to keep in touch with family mostly and a few friends. But I rarely say much about what's going on in my life because I worry about what can be gleaned from facebook posts. I want some things protected like my privacy; yet I'm willing to share other things about myself on lit. Hmmmm. Time to excuse myself to go psychoanalyze why there's a difference.
I used to be on Neopet ... does that count?![]()
My guess would be because your facebook friends are your real world friends, whereas the people of Lit are nameless, faceless words on a screen?
Never heard of it, is it a blog or something?

My first blog was Xanga, back in 2003, that was the golden age of blogs. Sighs with nostalgia
I actually saw facebook before myspace. It looked neat and clean, but I already has a nice xanga so I thought "naw".
After the great xanga crash of twenty-O-5, social networks just weren't appealing. Especially since I have yet to see one that looks better than xanga.
Its really awkward when someone in your circle dies, their profile always remains like it was. Ghost comes to mind. I think maybe that was what ended it all.
