I would like to get a little bit more of a chest and hair similar to the feminie body. Do pills do anything, or are theyy a rip off.
Anyone tried hormones?

That's something you should really talk to a doctor about. That stuff's pretty tricky from what I've learned. I don't think you can take any that only effect the chest area. I'm pretty sure it'll make you more feminine overall. I could be wrong though.

Far as I know alot of it depends on your age, I was born female so didn't ever have to think about it but from what I have heard hormone treatments work best on patients under 15 when they start. However, even then chances are good they will not be all that happy with their breasts and simply go and have a boob job, I guess all of the transsexuals in porn do, I think most of the women in porn do anyway but something like 95% of all male to female transsexuals get a boob job.
Course the percentage may be higher or lower, I'm not as young and infallible as I once was.
Anyway, if you are over 18, which your hiney better be since your here. The effects will be rather limited and you won't really get much of a breast increase. Course the hormone treatments take a while to even show any change. Talk to your doctor and see what they say, since well nobody here is your doctor and what we say has very little to do with your situation medically speaking.

Regarding the age thing, this person started hormone treatment when they were 12. I'd say she's indistinguishable from her former self so it was definitely a success.

Black market hormones are NOT something you want to mess with. They can be cut with other substances. Never mess with drugs off the street (or the internet).
If you managed to obtain safe hormones, you would need to be prepared for ALL the changes, you can't pick and choose. Yes, your hair would get softer and you'd develop more breast tissue. You'd also become a lot more moody and emotional, your body fat would redistribute, you'd have hips...and so on.
If you're genuinely interested in becoming female then talk to your doctor about it. If you're not interested in the total package, you won't get anything.
I do know of one or two men who have gotten a boob job, full on breast implants. This doesn't affect your body at all, you're still a man, you just have boobs. It's mostly a body modification thing though, not an "I want to be a girl" thing.
