Anyone remember this story?

Hi all! I was hoping someone remembered a particular story I read a while back but can't remember the title of. I've been searching for it forever but nothing seems to bring it up. It was about a college student who gets a new neighbor she can't stand. He's a good looking guy, a little arogant, and she can't stand him. He turns out to be one of her professors and she takes it personally when he doesn't give her very good grades in the class. Obviously one thing leads to another and they end up hooking up. It was really well written and the banter between the two was awesome but it was late and specific details are fuzzy which is probably why I'm having so much trouble finding it.

If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it!
