They do cotton boxers that are large enough, but the other links produced by that search look promising.

Whatever I need that isn't easily available, and that isn't much because we have a large man's shop in our town, I have made by my useful seamstress. (How else could I get a Henry VIII costume?).

BHS, M&S.......they're usually pretty good.
