Anyone Know How Those Pretty H's work besides stories?

Okay not to brag, seriously, but how does one earn those pretty little H's beside submissions? I have three now and I'm excited because I know it's good...(which might be silly but WGAF) but I'm curious. How do you get them? Do they last or do they expire?

It's important to me to have my stories well recieved here because I plan to continue in this genre so any info is helpful (which is why lack of feedback is frustrating but I'm not going to complain cause at least my ratings are good )

When your story hits a 4.50 and at least 10 views, it`s considered hot and you get the pretty H besdie it.

Also the H stays as long as your story stays above the 4.50 average that was mentioned. Congrats! Always nice to see authors happy, you eaned it.

Bianca, it`s great to know your stories have reached that point. Many writers have written dozens of stories and have no H`s at all. Congrats and enjoy the success of good writing.

Thank you both. I wanted to make sure I posted the best quality of work I could here, and sometimes with little time to do so. Seeing it doing well gives me a much needed boost.

If you want to keep your H for all eternity, you can turn off voting on that story (in your "submission" page) after you get the H. However, if you do this, your story can no longer advance up the top lists, although I think it will still rate on the "Most Read" top list.

I think its hypocritical to score stories when I dont post stories. But I have scored a very few '5' when the stories we're exceptionally good.
