I heard after it is done snowing up there they could have up to 4 feet of snow.................

Have I said snow sucks ?..............

I got stranded in Buffalo in a snow storm in January of 1982. It was snowing so hard I couldn't see the damn road.

I just heard one of the local TV station reporters saying a girl friend of hers had just moved to Buffalo and it started snowing like the next day. Now, she's calling back here singing the blues about all the snow.

That's why they invented Buffalo Wings. One hell of a snow melter!:D

when doesn't Buffalo have snow......................Never understood why folks would move there.

Really this year has been pretty good to all of us, I know I also heard this was the longest time they have gone without snow.

Boy, isn't that the truth! I guess if you grow up around that kind of weather it's no big deal. But, no way for this southern boy! ;)

Las Vegas is about as far from Buffalo as it gets. Something I'm glad of at this time of the year. :p

And trust me WH, from what I can see and feel here in Pittsburgh you aren't missing a thing..............

Now that I'm in California, I have to drive for hours just to find snow. I, for one, miss the stuff.

Hey Skibum come on to Michigan we have had thirty three inches of snow in three days. It is beautiful.

I live about 40 minutes east of Buff. They got spanked hardcore while we had a beautiful GREEN Christmas :D

Today however, we caught backlash from their snow and we now have a whole INCH. :D

Cover it up

That's the beauty of snow, it covers everything in a layer of pristine white. It can make even Buffalo look good.

For a while, at least.

It can't work miracles!;)

Nothing can make Buffalo look good. Well I saw a cute guy once at the Galleria. But that was about it.

4 feet of snow??

We just had an inch come down yesterday. People sliding all over.
Traffic out the ying yang. I got caught up in it, it took me four hours to get home. It's usually a half hour.

No Salt trucks in sight,.

Yup, they didn't get the salt out on time. Cars drove over the snow and it melted....then turned into a sheet of ice.

That's Ohio for you.:)

Ahhh okay. You didn't mention it melted down into ice. I thought you meant everyone was driving obnoxiously slow because of a little snowfall.

People do that here. It drives me nuts.

What drives me more nuts is that they seem to speed up when it gets icy.

I'd be ashamed to admit it

I still haven't made it past Niagara Falls. :( I know I promised I'd see more of Canada but I haven't had the damn time, and I also don't know where the hell to go LOL. Niagara Falls is so easy 'cause its like RIGHT HERE practically.

Ah well. Someday. (In the SUMMER)
