Strange as it sounds, anyone have any experience to share about electro-sex?

Here's a web site with photos

PS I know a link to an online clip was posted in this thread about a month ago. But I believe the dicussion only served to "debunk" and reject this subject - not explore it!

I haven't played with electricity inside me, per se...but I have had sex play with a violet wand. I absolutely love it! I had to work my way up the voltage ladder, though. I got to where I could take the max after a while. My partner would use her hands to trace the current on my nipples, ass, and clitoris... mmmmmm *sigh*

There are a few of the attachments like the "rake" that I love to use on my back and thighs. I would be up for trying any of the electro-stimulation.shock me baby

Quite boring.
your recommended sites tried to place lots of cookies on my pc.

There are a few threads on Electroplay listed in the BDSM Library

BDSM Library - Electricity

There are also a number of people on Lit with experience. One that I can think of offhand is DVS

You could try PM ing him for more information.

I've never had electro-sex, but I was seeing a dominant man with an electric fly swatter for a while. He loved to spank me with it, and I never knew if the electricity would be turned on or not. I was always afraid I would have waffle print burns on my ass from that swatter! :D

I've never had experience with it...but now that I read this thread, I know what is going on my 'must try' list. :D

I've been using an electrostim device at least weekly since the beginning of the year. I posted on it in a thread over on BDSM.

electro-sexy

Have had a hands-free orgasm every time after the first week of getting used to it. I'm exploring audio files made by other stimmers.

The best resource for information on this topic is this site:

EroticElectroStim.com (might require registration, don't remember anymore).

one of my lovely torture devices is a pelvic floor stimulator that I must use pretty much daily. I used the part that contracts my muscles electrically on the odd number days, and on the even days I use the part that interrupts the nerve signals. it does 10 sec on , 5 off for 15 mins.

anyway you can use this vaginally or anally, I have only done vaginally although I use the anal attachment for it, its smaller and I like it.

I have found being eaten or fingered while doing the pelvic floor stim makes me come very hard, although you really do not want a tongue or finger touching the wand while it is zapping you. Take my word for it, please.

I thought it would be fun to try using it during intercourse of some sort but so far I haven't had any volunteers :(

Anyway its a pretty expensive sex toy but insurance paid for it and it has other attractions too. It looks almost exactly like a tens unit or ionto unit, I believe Empi the manufacture makes all of them.

I can honestly say that before reading this post I had no idea that such a thing existed... definately have my curiousity perked... interesting thought :D

Please give us details as to the model numbes of the items you use. I would like to check into the "pelvic floor stimulator".

Also, how did you get the insurance to pay for it?

I haven't noticed any decrease in sensitivity during non-estim sessions, after three months of use.

The first hour or so there's a little numbness, but it's not so different from that caused by a similar amount of vigorous sex (the biggest difference for me is that I'm not hyper-sensitive to continued touching of my cock after e-stim). My nerves return to normal in less than an hour (and I tend to push the power levels up pretty high).

The biggest difference between this type of stimulation and vibration is that there's no physical stimulation of the nerve endings with estim - nothing's rubbing against and abrading the top layers of skin, and nothing's shaking the nerve endings to pieces (well, that's overstating things, but you get the point).

To make it short, the women who've posted on this issue report no long-term loss of sensitivity. I haven't had any after three months of steady use, and there are others who've been doing this for several years without a problem.

There's a number of different devices out there. It sounds like Noor uses a medical-grade TENS unit. I'm using a built-for-pleasure box called the ET312. There's also something called the PSG-Max, which from what I hear is more for BDSM use. People also make their own using stereo equipment, which is riskier.

TENS pads are fairly common electrodes, but there are highly-specific electrodes made for this kind of stimulation. I have something called a cock cap, which is a metal bell that fits over the glans combined with a condom-like sheath that holds it tightly in place, a jock-cup that stimulates the scrotum, a bipolar buttplug, and four small TENS pads that I need to replace.

The various boxes, including the TENS units I imagine, have knobs for changing the strength and quality of the signal being generated. The ET312 is probably the most varied in the range signals it can create. It, stereo-stim units, and some other boxes can use audio files made by other users for seconds-long repeated loops or a whole half hour's session (a woman going by the name of Sybianne over on the EES board has made a number of these long sessions; I've mostly tried the ones made by Tek-Kai). There's also a small number of programmers who make routines that some boxes can replay as well (they're all in some sort of proprietary format).

The universal standard, though, is regular audio, either wav or mp3, and most devices uses the same jacks used by microphones and headphones. This is because estim started out as people adapting their stereos for sex play.

There are two major risks: electrocution by completing a circuit above the waist (such as, for example, reaching for the lamp when you've got electricitiy running through your genitals) and minor burns caused by too small an electrode contact surface (less than a pencil eraser's area). The made-for-play boxes tend to have a lot of safegaurds in place that normal operation with good electrodes, even at the highest (and extremely painful  ) output levels, no permanent damage is caused.

As for what these things look like:

SexTek electrodes (and the ErosTek box)

PES (who were apparently featured on HBO once)

Folsom Electric (makers of the PSG box)

These things are also sold at other sites, like the Stockroom and Mr. S Leather (as well as Extreme Restraints, which was posted at the top of the board).

There are a large number of videos of men and women using this gear, many of them posted at the board listed in my earlier post. I missed the video that was posted on this forum some months ago, but I'm not sure why anyone (unless they're spectacuarly ill-informed) would debunk this whole topic or the possiblity of electrically-induced orgasm.

[edit]That's odd. Spenser41's posts were here for hours before mine, but the timestamps seem invalid[/edit]

Not sure what you are talking about... but would love to see it. Can you take pictures of it and you using it?

MMMM

You know the one thing that would concern me... is that once you get to this type of sex and get this kind of stim for climax, what happens with normal sex? If you use it alot, just like vibrators, it can condition you to not responding to normal sex.

Okay. Yes, I do use a licensed prescription medical device, it is NOT a tens. I was in a car accident and I still have problems around C7, which effect the nerves to the right side of my pelvic floor muscle.

It looks like this: Picture . The vaginally electrode is the larger on the left, the rectal one which I use vaginally is the smaller one on the right, I don't know why it just was the one that worked better for my needs.

There isn't a lot to see when I use the device, as it is inserted vaginally or rectally. If I were in stirrups and you were looking straight on you would see some small movement as my pelvic floor muscles contract.
When I first started using it, it was a little strange, it kind of feels like you are being squeezed or pulled hard and firmly from the inside and on the alternate days you feel a tapping.
Now I barely notice it, if I am alone I usually read while I am doing it. There is a dial you set for various levels, different days you need different amounts, I am usually between 20-40, sometimes higher. You start lower and raise it until you feel the right amount of pull or tapping and then switch it over into auto mode where it goes on for 10 sec, off for 5, repeatedly for 15 minutes. The device is set and calibrated to you and you are taught how to use it.
When I first got it, one of my doctors, a male, told me it would make sex better too. I remember asking him how he knew and he just laughed. It does make sex better, I have always had strong pelvic floor muscles but now they seems bionic;) (and with a twist!)
It uses a 9-volt battery so I am not worried about electrocution, although turning it up too high can be seriously painful.

The climax that comes from using it with being fingered or eaten does not effect my enjoyment of normal sex, well non-device sex since normal is all a matter of perception.

Strange how little interest this thread seems to have generated, considering how, relative to most other threads, it's rather novel. I'm wondering if this subject freaks out more people than it attracts, or if indifference is the rule.

Perhaps I got a bit too graphic ;)

I have one of those violet wands very strange feeling.

There three pieces to mine one looks like a comb, one like a round disk and a metal tube.

can/does electricity come from computer through a USB cable?? If so, how much??

The short answer is "yes and no" :). In general terms, your computer does create an electrical output. Depending on the equipment you're using, it might be sent over USB but it's easier to explain by assuming that it's out the audio jack, where it's no different than the audio you listen to when you plug in your earbuds or headphones.

Instead of earbuds or speakers, the signal is instead sent to an external audio amplifier, usually powered by around 9V using AAA batteries or a wall-wart but it can also be powered over USB. You wouldn't use a big 120V living room stereo amplifier, because there are safety concerns.

From here, it helps to understand a little bit about electricity. Instead of connecting the amplifier to speakers, the outputs are instead wired to voltage transformers. It is the varying voltage from these transformers that stimulates the nerve endings and feels good.

There are web sites that provide much more detailed explanations, such as smartstim.

I have been using my TENS unit for about six month. I originally bought it for physio treatment on an injured shoulder.

The first few time i used it for E-stiming was pleasant but i didn't orgasm. over a week I slowly increased the level and duration. My first hands free orgasm was awesome. I can't remember how long it has been since i came so hard and for so long.

By moving the level up and down I can bring myself to the brink and then back off letting me edge indefinitely before pushing myself over to an amazing orgasm. After cumming this way I find that the pleasure last long after the orgasm reminding me of what some women have described to me as their after glow.

As for the question of changing other sex life I can report no ill effects. The only change for me has been that I haven't manually masturbated since discovering hand free.

you can find a number of TENS units on Ebay. I haven't found the need for additional attachments as the electrode pads work just fine for me.

Not for everyone but highly recommended by me.

I was curious about it and bought a vibrating electroshock buttplug. Sadly, can't really feel the shock of it once it's in :( :(
