Take a washcloth, wet it with warm water, sit with your eyes closed with cloth resting on you. Your eyes will replenish themselves while closed.


After doing that, wet the cloth with cold water and do the same - this will help the swelling. Trust me, I've looked as if I'd been punched in the face this week with the amount of crying I have done.

I do not know what is the matter
