Ok, I'm outing myself, but I don't have any idea what "manicottis" are...

There is a scene in "Moonstruck" where Cher orders them in that cute italian restaurant. But - what is it? Stuffed with...?
Something like Tortellini? Ravioli? Canneloni?

LM? Think long hollow rounds of thick pasta stuffed with something good and covered over with an italian red sauce then baked until it's all hot and kinda gooey. You can find the shells in the grocery store up on top near the lasagna noodles.

I asked every italian cook I could get my hands on over here but none seem to know them... Shame!

Turkey
Bulgur
Cottage Cheese
Herbs (basil, oregano, pepper)


Next time I think I will try chicken instead and add some spinach maybe.
